I help keep the job moving
when you can’t be there.
I’ve spent most of my career in construction. I know what it’s like when you’re trying to stay on top of several jobs at once and every project still needs decisions, follow-up, and somebody paying attention in the field. That’s where I can help. I work with contractors and builders to help keep the job organized, the trades coordinated, and the work moving without everything having to come back through you.
I’m a construction guy first.
I’m comfortable in the field, working with subcontractors, reviewing the work, solving problems, and figuring out what needs to happen next.
I’ve served as General Contractor on multimillion-dollar custom homes and understand what it takes to keep the entire job coordinated, on schedule, and moving forward.
I don’t believe in overcomplicating things. Keep people informed. Keep the work coordinated. Follow through. That’s how I work.
“You shouldn’t have to be on site every hour to know the project is being handled.”
A Project Manager with General Contractor Experience
My job is to help keep the work moving, keep people informed, and give you more coverage in the field when you can’t personally be there.
Field Leadership
Someone experienced on site who understands the work and can help keep things moving.
Coordination
Keeping trades, schedules, materials, and decisions lined up around what needs to happen next.
Accountability
Making sure issues are followed up on instead of just talked about.
Someone you can trust to carry responsibility.
If you put me on one of your jobs, I understand what comes with that responsibility. Your client is watching. Your name is on the work. Your schedule matters. And your time is already stretched.
Keep it simple. Stay ahead.
Most jobsite problems give you some warning. Materials, decisions, trade conflicts, and sequencing usually show signs before they slow the work down.
I try to catch those things early, deal with them, and keep the next step ready.
Get the next phase ready before the current one is finished.
Get decisions, materials, and responsibilities clear before they hold up the work.
Closeout, punch work, and turnover still need the same attention as the rest of the job.
Practical. Experienced. Accountable.
I enjoy construction because every project gives you something different to solve. I like being close to the work and seeing a job move from plans to completion.
I also understand what the project means to the people involved. For the owner, it is a major investment. For the contractor, their name and reputation are on the work.
I take both seriously.
My goal is to bring that General Contractor experience to a Project Manager role where I can help lead the work, support the team, and keep the project moving forward.
Growth gets expensive when every project still depends on you.
If you’re taking on more work but still feel like you have to personally stay on top of every job, I can help give you more coverage in the field.
